During this time, she achieved level 9 status in gymnastics and competed in the Junior Olympics. At age 14, she began coaching her own gymnastics classes and really fell in love with teaching children. Throughout high school, she cheered for a competitive team, a team that took 4th place in the UCA National Championship in Orlando, FL. She also performed on a semi-professional hip hop dance team.

With the love of cheerleading, she went on to cheer at the collegiate level at Kutztown University.
